Asilomar Conference Grounds

Our trip to California included a family reunion. And I got to photograph all the family portraits. Asilomar Conference Grounds is the place we stayed for our family reunion. I really loved staying there. I would love to photograph a wedding there. I think it would be such a great place for a wedding.

I'm in California! It's so nice to get away from the heat. We drove up to Monterey, CA through all the fruit fields.

PUG meeting at Dry Lake Bed

Pictage has a photographers group in different US cities called PUGs (Pictage User Group). Yesterday we had our meeting out at the Dry Lake Bed near Jean, NV. We brought out a model to photograph. So we had 1 videographer, 2 helpers, and like 8 photographers all shooting one model. But we had a ton of fun and next meeting we will all compare images. Our model, Heather, was very good to us. These are just a few of my favorites. 

Dirty Photographers

So we all got dirty shooting out in all that sand and dirt. (Though I did manage to stay relatively clean.) And here are my favorite images of dirty photographers.

Sweet baby Harper

Baby boy Harper is 3 weeks old here in his first photo session. His skin was so soft, I just couldn't stop touching him. He was so awake and busy the whole time and didn't want to sleep at all. I only got one image of Harper with his eyes closed. Such a happy baby.
