Collins Family in Utah

I know that I've been slacking on posting on my blog. But I have been working on updating my website. Changes to come soon.
Yesterday I drove up to Cedar City, Utah to photography the Collins family. We also did some images for Reilly for his senior pictures. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive from my place, but it was so worth it just to enjoy to perfect weather.

Bride Underwater

Finally it is warm enough to try out my underwater camera housing that I got for Christmas. This was a total blast! I had so much fun yesterday. I took a bunch of images but these are just a few of my favorites. Much love to my model, Maria. Thanks so much!

Brian & Ann's Wedding

Here's a few images from wonderful Brian and Ann's wedding. They had their marriage at the St. George, Utah LDS temple and a reception in our little town of Logandale, Nevada.

Trash the Dress at Train Trax

Brian & Ann braved the bright sun and went out to do some "Trash the Dress" images. Even though their wedding isn't until next week, we got out there this morning. (I know it's a little weird to "trash the dress" before the wedding but we were careful.) I really love this train  tracks concept. I think it turned out really well. And as always Brian & Ann were loads of fun and totally up for anything.

Self Portrait

I finally took got my hair cut and I decided to take some self portraits because it's been a long time since I have. But somehow my husband got himself involved and it became a family portrait session. I usually avoid being on this side of the camera, but I acually had a enjoyable time.

Horseback Riding

I've been taking horseback riding lessons from Tom & Terrie out here in Overton, Nevada. I really love it! I was one of those little girl who just was completely horse crazy, but never got the chance to learn to ride. I really feel like I'm accomplishing a life goal! These images are of my son and I, and of course the horse, named Pokey.
